I mean, if anyone has the dough to fight opec, then they do!

I mean honestly, is oil really raising in value that much that quick. NO! But some fatcats got to get paid I guess, at Americas expense.

The point here is not to bankrupt exxon/mobile, but to wake them the heck up!military to millionshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10149076215650568307noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8785326856312777710.post-59513355001557111182008-04-21T21:50:00.000-05:002008-04-21T21:50:00.000-05:002008-04-21T21:50:00.000-05:00Mobil buys crude oil and refines it. The crude oil...Mobil buys crude oil and refines it. The crude oil is up to a record $135.00 a barrel that is what Mobil and the rest are paying per barrel not buying gas from a certain co will not lower prices??
OPEC sets production that reflects the cost per barrel. If you want to lower gas prices you must conserve the gas you use and cut back, small cars, don't travel this summer etc. use only what you need. We really need to look at alternative fuels and not be so dependent on foreign oil. The high oil prices is ruining our economy and dollar. If we do not move away from the Saudi oil we will be doomed. We must get our fuel from here in the U.S. , bio diesel and alternative fuels. It is the only way. Mobil and the rest will jump on board one the demand is there. The U.S. has been lazy by buying foreign oil all these years for pennies on the dollar and now we are paying for it. Blame the administrations dating all the way back to Nixon. Alternative fuels have been around for decades, the technology has been there but know one wanted to invest or change because oil is so entrenched in our system and has been so cheap to get.

Now we are behind the eight ball and until we change nothing will.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
